Job Description The Opportunity: What Your Impact Will Be: Mattel is seeking a Senior QA Analyst IT – Quality to join the Mattel's global Quality portfolio. This role is responsible for leading software quality assurance activities across business-critical applications supporting Product Quality, Laboratory Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Supplier Quality, Sustainability, and Manufacturing. The Senior QA Analyst partners with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, development teams, infrastructure teams, and software vendors to ensure enterprise applications deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions that support Mattel's global operations. This position plays a critical role in strategic initiatives including Quality application modernization, enterprise integrations, cloud implementations, and replacement of legacy applications such as StarLIMS. What Your Impact Will Be Lead QA activities across multiple Quality portfolio projects, enhancements, and production releases. Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and regression suites for enterprise applications. Lead functional, integration, system, regression, user acceptance, and production validation testing. Validate enterprise Quality applications including StarLIMS, Veeva QualityOne, Veeva RegulatoryOne, Polarion, CMD, UL WERCSmart, Agile PLM, GTKonnect, IBM Product Master (PIM), Workiva, Watershed, Sphera , and related integrations. Coordinate end-to-end testing across APIs, middleware, batch interfaces, messaging, and file-based integrations. Support Quality application modernization initiatives including the StarLIMS replacement strategy, Veeva RegulatoryOne implementation, Enterprise Quality Management enhancements, and future LIMS capabilities. Drive defect management, root cause analysis, release validation, production verification, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Sustainability, Manufacturing, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Product Management, and external vendors to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions. Identify opportunities to increase automated testing and improve overall testing efficiency. Mentor junior QA analysts and promote QA best practices across delivery teams Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. 7–10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance supporting enterprise applications. Strong experience with functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Experience supporting SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid enterprise applications. Experience testing API, middleware, batch, and enterprise integrations. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, and release management. Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, SQL, and enterprise test management tools. Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
