What the day will look like In this role, you'll help coordinate and support governance activities related to insurance products and delegated authority arrangements across Aon UK Limited. You’ll work closely with colleagues from different teams to help ensure key processes are completed on time, information is accurate, and governance requirements are met. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting regular reviews of products and delegated authority arrangements, helping ensure all required actions are completed and documented. Maintaining governance records, registers and documentation, making sure information is accurate and up to date. Working with colleagues from Product Governance, Risk & Compliance, Legal and business teams to support day-to-day governance activities. Monitoring key information and helping identify potential risks, issues or areas for improvement. Preparing reports, summaries and management information for collaborators and leadership teams. Supporting business teams with governance-related questions and helping them navigate required processes. Helping ensure internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are followed consistently. Contributing to projects and initiatives focused on improving processes, data quality and ways of working. Building strong working relationships throughout the organization and collaborating with a wide range of partners. Skills and experience that will lead to success Experience in governance, compliance, controls, operations, audit, risk or a similar area. Ability to work with policies, processes and documentation in a structured way. Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy. Experience working with reports, data or other information to help identify issues and support decision-making. Good organisation and time management skills. Ability to build positive working relationships with different stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated environment would be helpful. Exposure to governance, compliance, risk or control activities would be an advantage. Knowledge of insurance governance or delegated authority arrangements would be beneficial but is not required.
