We are looking for a new IT Systems Administrator employee to be based in Tczew, Poland Summary: Primary Objective Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and data protection services. What a typical day looks like: Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and business applications. Manage user access controls, permissions, and periodic access reviews. Ensure system availability, performance, security, and business continuity. Plan and coordinate infrastructure capacity, upgrades, and architectural changes. Support and coordinate IT-related projects and technical initiatives. Develop, maintain, and enforce IT security and operational procedures. Provide effective communication and support to system users and stakeholders. Make business-driven decisions to optimize IT services and operations.
