Facilities Coordinator I (Lab)

Posting Date 09/04/2026 3000 Davita Way, Deland, Florida, 32724-2039, United States of America Essential Duties & Responsibilities Facility Sanitation: Service, clean, and restock restrooms; polish doors/windows. Clean building floors (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, polishing). General Maintenance: Dust and polish furniture, walls, machines, and fixtures. Sweep debris from walkways; perform snow removal/de-icing as necessary. Waste Removal: Gather and empty general trash throughout the facility. Compliance & Values Alignment: Demonstrate respect for Core Values by following basic policies and procedures. Attend team meetings and training.
