The Senior Director, Data & Agentic AI Experience serves as the single front door to the business for all Enterprise Data, AI, Agentic AI, Analytics, and Intelligent Automation initiatives. This role is accountable for shaping enterprise demand, governing the portfolio of investments, translating business strategy into a funded AI roadmap, and ensuring measurable business value realization across the organization. As the strategic bridge between business functions and technology teams, the leader owns the relationship with senior business stakeholders and serves as the primary advisor on how Data, AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Digital Experiences can accelerate business growth, operational excellence, productivity, decision making, and innovation. This executive will lead a team of domain-facing Data & AI leaders and business consultants responsible for identifying opportunities, defining business capabilities, prioritizing investments, and orchestrating delivery across enterprise data, analytics, AI platforms, and digital products. A critical component of this role is defining and governing the Enterprise Agentic AI Experience Strategy by determining how AI agents, copilots, intelligent assistants, and autonomous workflows are embedded into daily business processes and employee experiences. The leader will ensure AI adoption is measured against clear business outcomes, productivity improvements, user satisfaction, and financial impact.
