This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based anywhere globally. To best support collaboration across the team’s global time zones, candidates located on the U.S. East Coast or in EMEA are strongly preferred.

The Manager, Resilience Programs, is responsible for resilience programs across the organization through the implementation of appropriate risk-based and business-focused mitigation strategies. This role focuses on field application of resilience programs, providing direct support to Regional Security Leads on the ground, and supporting the Team Awareness program including training and communication initiatives. Resilience
Support Regional Security Leads through field application of resilience programs, providing on-site expertise and hands-on implementation guidance. Work to support business units and both global & regional team leaders to ensure that businesses have continuity plans in accordance with company policy, customer requirements, and standards. Conduct periodic compliance and quality audits on TE's business continuity and resilience programs. Collaborate with the Security & Resilience PMO on technology design & development.
Awareness Program – Support the ERSM Team resilience Awareness Program, including designing, development and delivery of training
