Creative Strategist

What you’ll do: 
 The Creative Shared Service is part of SMC (Eaton Sales and Marketing Centre) in Pune, India. We are seeking a visionary Creative Strategist who combines the skills of a Creative Director, Storyboard Artist, and AI Innovation Leader to shape the future of customer experiences, brand storytelling, and content creation. This role will lead the strategic integration of AI into creative processes while developing compelling narratives, visual concepts, and immersive experiences that elevate brand engagement. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of creative leadership, storytelling expertise, visual communication skills, and deep understanding of Generative AI technologies. They will transform ideas into compelling visual narratives, develop storyboards for digital and physical experiences, and guide multidisciplinary teams in creating innovative AI-powered content and experiences.  AI Strategy & Creative Innovation •    Develop and execute AI-driven creative strategies aligned with business objectives by identifying and leveraging Generative AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance creativity and operational efficiency.  •    Evaluate, implement, and scale AI tools across content, design, visualization, video, and customer experience initiatives while establishing best practices, governance frameworks, and creative standards. •    Ensure compliance with brand standards, copyright requirements, data privacy regulations, and intellectual property considerations. Creative Direction & Visual Storytelling •    Lead the creative vision for campaigns and immersive experiences, translating business objectives into compelling concepts and customer journeys. •    Develop and enforce creative frameworks to ensure consistency across channels, platforms, and touchpoints. •    Guide and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs. •    Review and approve concepts, designs, scripts, and AI-generated content to maintain excellence and alignment. •    Create storyboards, visual narratives, and experience flows, translating complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand stories across diverse formats. AI-Assisted Content Creation •    Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, visual design, content generation, and storytelling. •    Develop prompt libraries, creative frameworks, and reusable AI workflows. •    Partner with creative teams to integrate AI into production pipelines while maintaining creative excellence. •    Establish standards for AI-generated imagery, videos, presentations, and marketing assets. •    Use AI tools to accelerate video production - generative video, motion graphics, voiceover/ localisation and scale repeatable video output. – fits in well with ai generated elements and reusing these videos where necessary. Stakeholder Management •    Partner with executive leadership, marketing, sales, product, innovation, and customer experience teams. •    Facilitate ideation workshops, design thinking sessions, and AI innovation programs. •    Present concepts, storyboards, and creative strategies to senior stakeholders and customers. •    Build alignment between creative vision, business objectives, and technology capabilities. Qualifications: 
 Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field. 6-8+ years of experience in creative direction, storytelling, brand experience, content creation, or customer experience design. Skills: 
 Key Skills and Experience Proven experience creating professional storyboards, visual narratives, customer journeys, and presentation concepts.
