Senior Engineer - Lab Management and Manual Tester

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Lab Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Industrial Automation Test Laboratory. The laboratory comprises Emerson PACSystems PLCs, I/O modules, communication gateways, HMIs, industrial PCs, networking equipment, and associated test infrastructure.

The Lab Manager will be responsible for inventory management, material import/export coordination, safety and compliance, laboratory audits, asset maintenance, and supporting engineering teams in building and maintaining test setups. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of industrial automation hardware, and a proactive approach toward operational excellence. Basic manual testing and validation activities will be required as part of the role.
