The role will lead non-personal promotion (NPP) strategy and execution across select EPG brands, working directly with media and agency partners to translate brand priorities into integrated, compliant, insight-led programs. The Product Director will also play a central role in preparing EPG for future growth and portfolio evolution. This includes leading cross-functional launch readiness for potential EPG launches, directing future lifecycle brand transitions into EPG, and serving as the AI lead for EPG. The successful candidate will combine strategic marketing judgment, disciplined execution, strong matrix leadership, and a practical test-and-learn mindset to deliver measurable business impact in a complex portfolio environment.
