Responsibilities In this role, you will report to the Brand Design Assoc. Manager of NACP and collaborate with other Design & Innovation team members (both in Marketing and in Design organizations) to effectively develop and iterate new brand designs and design strategies and product/service/experience ideas.
In addition to the below, you should have multifaceted interests, but a deep skill in graphic design & communications.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,600 - $1,23,150. Location confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements:
1+ years of experience in graphic design, brand strategy, or a related creative discipline Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Strong presentation and storytelling skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment; comfortable navigating uncertainty Strong collaboration skills Ability to travel up to 10%
