As a Customer Program Management - Project Director in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building longlasting partnerships that thrive on success. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Customer Program Manager, you will lead strategic programs for key customer accounts and connect customer priorities with Infineon business objectives. You will guide global, cross-functional teams from planning through delivery while strengthening trusted customer relationships Lead strategic customer programs across product design-in, qualification, demand management, product quality, and future opportunities Own the end-to-end program lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, reporting, and closure Align global cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Quality Manage customer escalations and crises by coordinating timely decisions, clear ownership, and actions that reduce business impact Build trusted customer relationships through a strong understanding of business priorities, market trends, technical challenges, and competitive dynamics Translate complex data into action by providing concise insights, business risks, strategic opportunities, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Drive results through influence by creating alignment, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus across a matrixed organization Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You combine customer focus with sound judgment and clear executive communication. You respond effectively to changing priorities, manage competing objectives, challenge the status quo thoughtfully, and build collaboration across diverse teams Mandatory: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field Mandatory: 10 or more years of semiconductor industry experience, including leadership of complex customer-facing programs and global cross-functional teams Mandatory: Strong semiconductor knowledge with the ability to understand customer requirements, product architectures, development challenges, and solution value Mandatory: Strong program management skills in planning, prioritization, risk management, issue resolution, and delivery Mandatory: Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for technical, business, and senior leadership audiences Preferred: Demonstrated success building customer partnerships, influencing without formal authority, analyzing complex data, and guiding decisions across diverse stakeholder groups Nice-to-have: Knowledge of power semiconductors, a PMP, IPMA , or equivalent project management certification, and experience mentoring or coaching others Infineon Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
