Optima Solutions Junior Power Platform Developer

Mission Support the development and continuous improvement of digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, helping optimize business processes and enhance collaboration across the organization while building technical expertise within a structured and supportive environment.

Support the development and enhancement of applications using Power Apps. Assist in the creation and maintenance of automated workflows with Power Automate. Help manage and maintain SharePoint sites, data, and user permissions. Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and resolving application issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for existing digital solutions. Support user training and adoption activities across the Optima Solutions team.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience are welcome. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

Microsoft Power Platform certifications. Internship, academic, or personal project experience related to software development or automation. Exposure to SharePoint or other Microsoft 365 technologies. Passion for learning and developing technical skills within the Microsoft ecosystem.
