These offerings include end-to-end solutions to benefits management, alignment of your benefit plans with corporate strategy and policies, considerable purchasing leverage, systematic and structured approach. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE: The Consultant - Quality is the senior member responsible for all aspects of quality management on internal and external projects and processes. This includes: • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement within a BPO/BPM environment. • Proven experience in managing quality programs for operations. • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, VBA, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Lean principles). • Experience in Quality Monitoring, Transaction Audits, Calibration Programs, and Quality Governance. • Expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Error Trend Analysis, and Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA). • Experience in Process Mapping, SOP Creation, Standardization, and Process Optimization. • Understanding of Quality KPIs including Accuracy, Compliance, CSAT, FCR, AHT, NPS, and Productivity metrics. • Experience in driving Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives • Strong expertise in developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations and ability to create impactful leadership decks, business reviews, quality reports, and transformation proposals. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ability to present insights, recommendations, and improvement opportunities to senior management and clients. • Collaborate and work across multi-disciplinary teams (locally, regionally, globally and externally) to achieve QA best business outcomes within all agreed QA methodology, best practices, protocols, budgets, timelines, etc. • Driver of productivity efficiency and continuous improvements projects and initiatives across all services and solutions. • Develop reports and be accountable against measurable metrics, impacts and reportable KPI’s. • Act as a thought leader for the QA team focusing on solving problems and implementing solutions across all teams and across functionality to deliver high quality solutions. • Senior SME and main point of contact for stakeholders for all QA activities. • Collaborate with team and stakeholders to engage and build trust. • Role model all Aon AIM behaviors.
