Join our world class team of diligent problem solvers, innovators, fresh thinkers, and communicators who excite and inspire others.  First Shift Production Supervisor The 1st Shift Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to a team for 40-50 team members. This candidate will have the authority on personnel decisions, hiring, performance, and/or disciplinary action. The ideal candidate will have the ability think critically, meet deadlines, and lead a dynamic team. 1st Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 5am-3:30pm; Saturdays, as needed   What You Will Do: Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations. Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions. Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise. Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations.
