What you’ll do: Hands-on solution delivery: Designing, configuring, and enhancing scalable o9 Digital Brain use cases that drive planner adoption and measurable business outcomes @ HPE. · Platform stewardship: Establishing and enforcing standards across performance, scalability, reusability, maintainability, and governance to elevate CoE maturity What you need to bring Build / Tech Responsibilities: · Translate / participate in translating requirements into design of performant models, analytics, and workflows across demand, supply, inventory, IBP, scenario management, …. · Design and configure planning logic across demand, supply, inventory, or IBP. Ensure data model alignment. Build metrics, dashboards, alerts, and workflows. Configure scenarios and versions for planners · Optimize models for performance and scalability · Actively contribute reusable components to CoE library. Review and govern configurations created by others. Mentor junior developers · Influence solution-platform relevance, roadmap and enhancement trade-offs Success Measures: · Customer: Planner adoption & planning effort. Minimal rework post‑UAT · CoE: Reuse of configurations. Stability at scale. Established standards Knowledge Depth: · Strong understanding of APS / IBP · Can design decision enabling single domain & cross domain scenarios · Understands o9 performance internals and best practices · Leading innovation modeling and POCs · Contribute to broader CoE & organizational think-tank: experimenting emerging technologies & techniques, partnering for industry class internal / external recognitions Key Interactions: · Interfaces: Planners, SMEs, data/tech/platform partners, CoE · Lead conversations with planners and stakeholders on logic, trade-offs and adoption · Partner/consult with CoE solution anchors and developer to drive CoE maturity · Work seamlessly across geographies and cultures Match for Success Demonstrated via · Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Management or equivalent · Hands on delivery of o9 configurations to solve SC Planning / APS / IBP problems · Configuring planning processes that consume AI/ML model & workflow innovations · Working across data analytics, visualization and deployment ecosystems · Living the HPE culture blueprint as a problem solver first – owning outcomes, anticipating barriers, collaborating across teams, and operating with urgency · Tenacity & curiosity to continuously evolve with business context, expectations, emerging technologies, management methodologies &
