We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to drive the growth and market position of Trimble Connect as the essential collaboration and data platform for the construction industry. This role will define and execute the product strategy that makes Connect the platform construction teams choose — and keep choosing — over the competition. The ideal candidate is externally oriented, deeply familiar with the construction technology market, and brings firsthand experience building products that compete and win at enterprise scale. This role is based at Trimble headquarters in Westminster, CO.

Market & Customer Strategy: Analyze construction market dynamics and customer needs to drive product prioritization and discovery. Product Definition: Champion the product vision and define differentiated capabilities from business case through launch. Commercial Model: Execute monetization strategies by differentiating product tiers to drive adoption and revenue growth. Product Evangelism: Represent Trimble as an industry thought leader to strengthen Connect’s market credibility. Business Acumen: Develop financial models and market analyses to ensure commercial tiers provide clear value to buyers. Market Research: Identify trends and competitive opportunities to maintain an outside-in perspective on product decisions. Customer Engagement: Uncover strategic insights through direct engagement with users and customer executives. Technical Acumen: Collaborate with engineering on requirements, leveraging expertise in SaaS mechanics and tiered access. Leadership: Mentor junior PMs and establish AI-forward development practices across the team. Problem Solving: Solve complex operational issues by aligning data analysis with organizational objectives. Interpersonal Skills: Influence stakeholders at all levels and communicate with clarity across globally distributed teams.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering). 8-10 years of direct experience as a platform Product Manager with a track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering impactful products. Strong commercial instinct and understanding of enterprise SaaS commercial models, go-to-market strategy, and market analysis. Experience in construction technology or a closely adjacent B2B industry preferred; familiarity with CDE, collaboration, or data management products in the AEC industry is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Ability to influence others internally and externally, including senior management, and work effectively across globally distributed teams.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
