 Position Summary The Corporate Facilities Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, design, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeout of enterprise-wide facility projects with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems, infrastructure upgrades including Office and Lab renovations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management, Project Management, or related field. 7 to10+ years' experience managing MEP, infrastructure, and construction projects. Knowledge and experience with CAD, BMS, MS Project, Smartsheet and SAP. Core Competencies Leadership, business acumen, communication, project controls, financial management, vendor management, and problem solving. Project Planning & Development Lead projects from concept through closeout Develop scopes, schedules and implementation plans Coordinate stakeholders and business requirements Design Management Manage architects and engineers and stakeholders Review drawings and specifications with end user Ensure compliance with codes and standards Budgeting & Financial Management Develop ROM and detailed budgets Manage forecasts and capex plans Track commitments and costs with Finance Team Construction & Project Execution Oversee renovations and infrastructure upgrades Manage contractor performance Coordinate commissioning and turnover MEP Infrastructure Management HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, fire protection systems Support lifecycle replacement strategies Vendor & Consultant Management Manage RFPs, bids, contracts and change orders Monitor vendor performance Administrative & Financial Operations Maintain project records and closeout documents Manage POs, invoices, AP workflows and budget reconciliations Preferred Skills and Competencies Experience in the medical device industry, and corporate office management is preferred. Possesses or can obtain the following certifications (training will be provided by Insulet): OSHA-10, First Aid, CPR, and AED Training. Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of CAD, Bluebeam (Rev-it), Microsoft Project and/or other design/PM platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate at multiple levels of an organization. Ability to delegate and manage the work of others. Ability to organize and judge priorities. Ability to generate and maintain accurate records. Compensation & Benefits:

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $115,900.00 - $173,800.00

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
