Meet the Supply Chain and Engineering Team At Supply Chain and Engineering in Poland, we implement PLM solutions (Siemens, Dassault, or SAP PLM) for global manufacturers on the Fortune Global 500 list and help them transform their R&D — from roadmap, through process design, to go-live. You work in international teams, close to the client's business, with hands-on exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI in engineering. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Co-create and lead PLM-based R&D transformation programs — from concept through process design to delivery.  - Design business processes: BOM management, Engineering Change Management, specification/recipe management, supplier integration.  - Support clients with PLM Maturity Assessment, PLM Roadmap definition, and Value Realization.  - Contribute to projects using GenAI / Agentic AI — from idea to deployed solution.  Sample projects: - Digital transformation program for a leading semiconductor equipment manufacturer - PLM enhancement and modernization initiatives for a power generation company - PLM–ERP integration blueprint for a leader in digital identification and security technologies Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network (GN) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - 2+ years in consulting or project/coordination experience in PLM / Product Data Management / BOM management.  - Solid understanding of the product lifecycle and engineering processes (Engineering Change, Data Governance).  - Hands-on experience with at least one PLM platform: Siemens, Dassault, or SAP PLM.  - Ability to analyze and map business processes. - English communication skills (written & spoken).
