We are looking for a talented lawyer to join our legal team based in Sydney, Australia to support our rapidly growing and evolving business Key job responsibilities Responsibilities will include advising on new and mature technology-driven offerings, counselling business teams on a wide range of matters, negotiating strategic contracts, and working with other members of the legal department locally and internationally to ensure that relevant legal and regulatory requirements and risks are understood and managed. Principal duties include providing ongoing legal advice on a wide range of legal areas including in relation to competition and consumer law, privacy and data protection, advertising technology and other regulatory requirements. The ability to effectively communicate complex matters, both verbally and in writing, is also essential. You will be expected to work independently while also contributing successfully to cross-functional teams.
