Production Operator

Shift: various start times-various end times Hourly Rate: $22.00 an hour Conagra Brands is looking for Production Operator to join our growing team! Reporting to the Team Lead, you will operate and monitor packaging equipment to support safe, efficient production at our Rensselaer, Indiana facility. You will complete quality checks, address routine equipment issues, and work with your team to ensure Orville Redenbacher and ACT II products meet Conagra Brands quality and food safety standards. Benefits available on Day 1 A Taste of Your Responsibilities Operate, stock, and monitor packaging machines on production lines Perform routine product and process quality verifications Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues Maintain required production and quality documentation Follow all safety rules, procedures, and policies Partner with team members and provide support across the line as needed Maintain compliance with all regulatory, food safety, and plant standards Ingredients Required for Your Success High School Diploma or GED 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment Basic to moderate computer and iPad proficiency Skilled in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedural documents Competence with basic math including measuring, averaging, and ranges Readiness to work in a fast‑paced production setting with changing conditions Ability to work 3-2-2 schedule | 12-hour shifts 7-7 | Rotate days to nights every 4 months Physical Requirements More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Depending on the role, physical and environmental requirements can differ but include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
