AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join the AECOM team in our Conshohocken, PA office. Entry-level technical new hires are eligible to participate in AECOM's Graduate Development Program (GDP), a program designed to support assimilation into the organization, help with technical development planning toward licensure (or other early technical milestones), and create a foundation of knowledge necessary for future career success. Our work includes the design of steel and concrete bridges and other transportation structures, such as walls and sign structures that are critical to our nation’s transportation network and vital to local communities. These projects include pedestrian, vehicular, light-rail transit, freight rail, and movable bridges. Our Structural Engineers also perform evaluation and design for the rehabilitation of existing bridges.
