Senior Associate - Legal Transformation & Managed Services

Job Description & Summary Do you want to help define the future of legal   work ?   Are y ou dr awn to   working a t the   intersection of law, strategy,   people   and technology?   As a Senior Associate in our Legal Transformation Consulting practice,   you'll   work directly with legal teams to help them achieve their goals in more strategic, tech-enabled ways.   You'll   take on challenging, varied   projects   alongside talented colleagues, in a team that gives you room to grow and play a   part   in shaping where the profession is heading.   What will you be doing?   The Legal Transformation Consulting tea m works   with   legal   functions   within large (international) companies and the public sector, as well as legal service providers. Our support   cover s   the full journey, from reworking operating models to   optimi z ing   processes and helping embed lasting change. We also partner with PwC's own legal teams to deliver tech-enabled managed legal services , cont ract   por tfolio   remediations   and internal legal transformation projects.   As a Senior Associate in our practice,   you'll   help clients redesign their strategy, and act as the bridge between technology and   legal on   projects that are reshaping legal work. More specifically, you will:   Partner with clients   at every step of   defining   their AI and legal technology strategy, from   rethinking   operating models and   identifying   use cases to selecting the right technology ;   Help clients measure the performance of their legal function to   identify   the way forward, build compelling business cases for investment, and   bring   stakehol ders   on board ;   Design and   facilitate   hand s - on   workshops and interviews with legal teams to understand   how they work today, map their   processes   and gather requirements for (technology) solutions ;   Configure   and   test   client solutions in AI,   Contract Lifecycle   Management   and other   legal tech   systems;   Help new ways of working take hold by bringing stakeholders on board and supporting clients with change management and hands-on training;   Work with PwC’s own legal teams to   reshape   how we deliver services, applying the same   solut ions   and ideas to our services that we bring to clients .   By joining our team,   you'll   gain a real understanding of the changes taking place in the legal profession today and a rare chance to shape them.
