Equipment You’ll Work With You will operate and work around modern manufacturing equipment, including: - Automated lumber manufacturing equipment - Conveyor systems - Material handling equipment - Industrial production machinery - Sawmill equipment - Planer mill equipment - Forklifts, with training provided - Industrial scanners and production systems What You’ll Do As a member of our production team, you will help safely manufacture high-quality lumber products while supporting efficient mill operations. Responsibilities include: - Operating automated manufacturing equipment and production machinery - Feeding, sorting, stacking, and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process - Monitoring product quality and identifying defects - Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently - Maintaining clean and organized work areas through routine housekeeping - Following standard operating procedures and safe work practices - Learning multiple production areas to support operational flexibility - Collaborating with teammates to improve safety, quality, and productivity - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives - Following all Company policies, procedures, and safety expectations
