The role reports directly to the Regional AMO Leader and is responsible for maintaining Global AMO standards, governance requirements and operational excellence. As an AMO Manager , you will be responsible for: Assuming full accountability and responsibility for all workshop activities and operational performance. Ensuring compliance with global AMO processes, procedures, standards and governance requirements. Leading all workshop HSE and Quality activities and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented. Managing productivity, cost, manpower utilization, inventory, equipment readiness and operational efficiency. Ensuring all maintenance and production activities meet customer expectations and established KPIs. Champion Lean, 6S and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Developing, coaching and managing workshop personnel while ensuring competency and career progression. Coordinating with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and HSE to achieve business objectives. Directly report to the Regional AMO Leader on operational performance, compliance and KPI delivery. Maintaining alignment with Global AMO standards and ensure consistent execution across all workshop activities. Monitoring , analysing and reporting KPIs while driving corrective actions and sustainable improvements. Escalating operational risks, resource constraints and performance gaps with recovery plans as required. To be successful in this role you will: Have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in engineering Minimum 8 years of experience in Asset Maintenance Operations (AMO), workshop management, manufacturing, maintenance, completions, intervention or related operational environments. Proven leadership experience managing workshop personnel and operational performance. Being excellent in understanding of HSE, Quality, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
