Job Title Senior Executive- Technical Job Description Summary Job Description About the Role: Operations Management: Manage daily operations to ensure the technical installation runs smoothly. Staff Management: Supervise and manage technical staff, including scheduling and performance reviews. Inventory and Stock: Maintain adequate stock levels for spares, consumables, and other supplies, and monitor critical/non critical equipment’s. Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. Hygiene and Safety: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and ensure the labs are clean and well-maintained. Cost Control: Manage budgets, reduce waste, and ensure efficient use of resources. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties like record-keeping, procurement, and vendor management.  Required skills and experience Previous experience in electromechanical operations management is often required. Knowledge of building codes, compliances, statutory audits including service standards. Strong management and leadership skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

ILeadership and team management: The ability to lead, motivate, delegate, and develop a team is crucial. Communication: Effective communication with staff, vendors, and other departments is essential for success. Experience within analytical and problem-solving: Strong analytical skills are needed for data interpretation, decision-making, and process improvement.
