Grinder Opr PR03 - 3rd Shift - Fayetteville, AR

Job Summary This position is responsible for setting up and operating equipment that grinds ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The Regrind Operator collects discarded tortillas from production lines, weighs and records product totals, regrinds tortillas, and returns the product for blending.

Set up and operate equipment that grinds ingredients used in the manufacturing of food products. Collect barrels of discarded tortillas from production lines. Weigh barrels and record weights on log sheets. Regrind discarded tortillas. Return regrind product to be blended. Maintain a safe work environment. Adhere to Tyson Foods policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Applicant must have 3 months of experience with any employer listed in the work history section of application. Some basic math skills are required, including addition and subtraction. Openings for this position will be filled by the most qualified, eligible bidder per Tyson's Job Bidding Policy.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to tolerate a warm/cold environment with temperature ranges from 65 to 90 degrees. Requires flexibility of wrists, hands, and shoulders. Some bending and lifting are required. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours. Rehires are subject to 3 Times Rule and 180 Days Rehire Waiting Period.
