The Equipment Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.   Responsibilities and Duties: Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members. Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations. Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times, equipment, including heavy treating iron, piping, and flowline components. Prepare, inspect, maintain, and organize equipment and inventory at the base before and after field operations.  Wear PPE and observe HSE policies. Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills to progress through equipment operator competency levels and career pathways.   Essential Requirements:   Technical diploma or vocational school qualification (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field). 1-2 years of experience in the oil & gas industry or a similar industrial environment. Remain positive during pressures, setbacks, and fast-paced environments.  Willingness to travel extensively and work both onshore and offshore across Europe.
