Co-Op / Intern

The intern may support various departments and gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. They will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the organization, assist with projects, and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. The intern will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills relevant to their field of study while working closely with experienced professionals. A successful intern will be flexible, curious, have the desire to learn multiple facets of the business, and be willing to work in different functional areas. Essential Functions • Assist with various tasks and projects assigned by supervisor and team members. • Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects or initiatives. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies. • Participate in team meetings and provide input or suggestions as appropriate. • Support the development and maintenance of databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools. • Adhere to company policy. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Seek opportunities to learn and grow in field of interest. • Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently ad within specified deadlines. • May perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents. • Attend/complete training as needed to enhance skills and knowledge. • Other duties as assigned.
