What to Expect

We are seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join our R&D department in Geneva. The successful candidate will take technical ownership of high-performance electronic subsystems that accurately drive and read out ultra-sensitive, fast opto-electronic modules (e.g., lasers, SPADs, interferometers). This is a hands-on role spanning architecture, schematic/PCB design, bring-up, and verification, with a strong emphasis on analog, RF/high-speed, and mixed-signal design to enable robust, industrial-grade products.

You will be responsible for developing complex electronic hardware from early prototypes to industrialised modules, including low-noise amplification, high-speed/RF signal conditioning, drivers for opto-electronic components, A/D conversion, and optimised power-supply blocks. A key part of the role is designing high-performance, low-noise mixed-signal PCBs, applying robust partitioning, grounding, shielding, and layout techniques to preserve signal integrity and minimise coupling.
