Analyst, Digital Product, Epic Aura

The Digital Product Analyst, Epic Aura plays a critical role in supporting the product lifecycle, execution, and continuous optimization of Epic Aura lab integrations and supporting interoperability solutions. Working closely with the Senior Digital Product Manager for Epic Aura, cross-functional Agile delivery teams, and interoperability stakeholders, the analyst translates customer insights, clinical lab workflows, and strategic product roadmaps into well-defined features and user stories. The ideal candidate bridges business and technical teams by sifting through workflow data, capturing Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback from ordering and performing organizations, and ensuring Agile teams deliver high-value integration capabilities that streamline clinical lab ordering and result delivery across the Quest network.
