This proactive search focuses on technology leaders who can influence customer strategies, engage with executive stakeholders, and drive business growth through technology innovation and transformation.   As a trusted advisor, you will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and customer success, helping shape long-term technology roadmaps and delivering value for customers across the telecommunications ecosystem.

Influence customer technology strategies, transformation agendas, and investment priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, including CTOs, CIOs, and senior business leaders. Partner with Customer Units and Key Account Managers to identify and develop strategic business opportunities. Translate complex technology capabilities into business value and commercial outcomes. Lead discussions across areas such as mobile networks, cloud-native technologies, AI, virtualization, and network evolution. Drive thought leadership and strengthen Ericsson's position within the customer ecosystem.   The skills you bring Strong telecommunications industry experience and technology expertise. Deep understanding of network architectures, including RAN, Core, Cloud Native, Virtualization, and AI. Executive stakeholder management and C-level engagement. Business development and consultative selling capabilities. Technology strategy and digital transformation leadership. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes and customer value Strong collaboration, influence, and relationship-building skills.
