Establish and maintain close communication with research sites, overseeing site vendor certification and ensuring timely follow-up with key members of the global study team. Remotely verify, together with the sites, the availability and status of critical resources —equipment calibration and laboratory kits— to ensure operational readiness from study start-up and throughout patient enrollment. Provide individualized support to sites across Eli Lilly's processes, guiding them in the use of available tools and clarifying requirements, timelines, and responsibilities. Collaborate with the Clinical Research Leads (CRLs) on day-to-day operational management, including data analysis and visualization to support decision-making. Work cross-functionally with other areas, proactively identifying operational risks and proposing strategic solutions to strengthen and optimize processes. This position is for you if: Your graduation date is after October 2027. You have advanced English. You are pursuing a degree in a science-related field. You are available to work mornings (desirable).
