We are looking to hire a motivated and enthusiastic Civil or Geologist Engineer with some experience in Geotechnical engineering to join our Ground engineering & Tunneling team as a Civil Engineer | Eng. Geologist. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career engineer who is eager to develop their skills while contributing to technically challenging underground and large‑scale infrastructure projects. Working as part of a multicultural team with other engineers on site in Madrid and in other offices (Poland, India, among others) you will be involved in developing all aspects of mid- to large-scale projects supported by Enterprise Capabilities area.

Support and contribute to subsurface investigations, including planning, interpretation of ground investigation data, engineering analysis, and preparation of geotechnical design recommendations to meet project and client requirements. Carry out ground engineering design tasks for a given project, such as: Bearing capacity and settlement analysis for foundations Earthworks and ground improvement solutions Stability analyses (slopes, excavations, embankments) Input to tunnelling and underground works design, where applicable Perform defined and limited portions of larger engineering assignments, working under the guidance of senior engineers while gradually taking increasing technical responsibility. Independently develop engineering calculations, technical notes, and draft reports, with review and mentoring from senior team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Contribute to value engineering exercises of low to moderate complexity, evaluating alternative design solutions, materials, or construction methods. Participate in quality control reviews of calculations, drawings and technical documentation, including involvement in interdisciplinary design reviews. Support the project team in
