Reporting to the Supervisor – Mobile Maintenance, you will play a key role in strengthening the technical capability, reliability and performance of our mobile maintenance teams across Newmont Tanami Operations.

As a Technical Advisor – Mobile Fleet, you will provide hands-on technical expertise, advanced fault-finding support and on-the-job coaching to tradespeople, apprentices and new starters. Working across both surface and underground mining environments, you will support the safe and efficient maintenance of our mobile equipment fleet, improve maintenance practices and drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, workmanship and operational performance.

Through your technical leadership and mentoring, you will help build a skilled, confident and high-performing maintenance workforce.



• Provide hands-on technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to tradespeople, apprentices and new starters across mobile maintenance operations.

• Support complex fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and maintenance activities to improve mobile fleet reliability and equipment availability.
