Product Ops Specialist II

Product Operations is responsible for the development and commercialization of an offering portfolio by improving execution and governance of strategy and process. The Product Operations team works closely with Offering Managers and cross-functional departments, such as engineering/R&D, manufacturing/sourcing or software development, internal sales and field sales, marketing, as well as Honeywell senior executives to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future. The Product Operations Data Specialist supports the Product Operations Leader in successfully managing the product data, data analytics reporting and digital transformation initiatives for New Product Development and Portfolio Management. This role serves as a key business partner responsible for enabling data-driven decision making through advanced analytics, reporting solutions, workflow automation, and process optimization. The successful candidate will own and improve reporting ecosystems, develop scalable analytics solutions, automate business processes, and provide actionable insights that support execution of strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical analytics capabilities with excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global cross-functional teams.
