Job Responsibilities
Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations team in relation to client needs Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive Provide account management for client’s day-to-day operations Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business Continuously provide educational material to the client base Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner Meet, exceed monthly retention, and upsell goals on a regular basis Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 2 years or more of previous outside sales or account management experience Proven success managing a book of business: demonstrated, measurable track record of retaining, growing, and organizing a portfolio of clients and accounts. 1 year or more experience in the healthcare industry: forging partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in a competitive, fast-paced territory; Proactively identifying and qualifying new prospects through targeted outreach and cold calling; and Cultivating trust-based relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital administration Additional Job Standards Must reside in Columbus-Macon-Albany, GA area Territory is Columbus, GA, and surrounding areas.
