Typically acts as the secondary coverage for clients. Extensive product knowledge. Interacts with clients to execute complex product transactions that generate significant revenue. Works under direction of more senior associates. Perform financial and statistical analyses, conduct research, and prepare support documentation and client presentation materials. Business Overview The Regional Loan Syndications group originates and executes club syndicated bank loans for Commercial Banking clients and prospects.  The team partners closely with the Commercial Bank, Enterprise Credit, Middle Market Leverage d Finance and Regional Investment Banking to drive new Bank of America led syndicated loans and corresponding ancillary business. ***This position can office in the following locations: Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Dallas, or Denver Responsibilities Perform financial and statistical analysis Conduct research and prepare support documentation and client presentation material Development/Maintenance of Regional Loan Syndication comparative transactions Assist with quarterly/periodic data reporting and analysis Preparation of quarterly business updates Assist with logistical and operational tasks associated with lender meetings and loan closings Works under the direction of more senior associates Required Skills Demonstrates initiative/self-motivation /capacity to learn Possesses strong interpersonal skills Possesses strong analytical and modeling skills Possesses understanding of corporate financial statements Possesses understanding of financial covenants and basic structuring; familiar with credit agreements Demonstrates strong critical thinking Demonstrates the ability to independently make decisions Licensing required – Series 79 & 63 (will support the employee through registration process if needed) Desired Skills Commercial Credit experience recommended Skills: Analytical Thinking Customer and Client Focus Financial Forecasting and Modeling Financial Management Risk Management Causation Analysis Client Management Market Analysis Presentation Skills Relationship Building Data Management Project Management Result Orientation Educational Requirements Undergraduate degree required.
