As IT Consultant, you will provide technical leadership to a team of analysts to deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on mentoring others, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, superb interpersonal skills and technical acuity are keys to success! Responsibilities/Expectations: Utilizes expertise, analyzes and develops long-term solutions to IT needs through developing new or modifying existing applications Reviews systems requirements and business processes; mentors others on codes, tests, debugs and implements software applications Executes projects using project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, software development lifecycle and testing Collaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processes Recommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirements Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of eight (8) years' IT experience Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and a minimum of ten (10) years' IT experience Other Requirements: Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills Why Tulsa?    Because here, you don’t have to choose between career and lifestyle.
