The salary range for this position is CAD $45,000 - $55,000. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. What the day will look like Service a book of business under supervision of the Underwriter and Underwriting Director Log applications, process commercial insurance policies, endorsements, renewals. Skills and experience that will lead to success Post-Secondary degree/diploma 2 years of Commercial/Specialty Insurance experience is preferred Must be technologically savvy and data-driven, including proficiency in Excel CIP courses or designation an asset but not required to begin role Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development including insurance courses and certifications Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines under pressure Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Package.
