Supervise breakfast operations, buffet and à la carte service Transition into bar or lunch service as needed—flexibility is key Support staff on the floor, solve problems, and elevate guest experiences Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food and beverage knowledge Monitor stock, control costs, and ensure accurate billing Uphold RSA and licensing guidelines with confidence and care

Proven experience in buffet, à la carte and breakfast service Flexible availability and a team-first mindset Strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills RSA certification and a commitment to responsible service
