"   Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP QM   Responsibilities:     To work on roll outs and project implementation of Bunge PP/QM solution .    To develop PP processes in the new organization.    To extend PP specific interfaces running in SAP Landscape to other entities    Work on MES interface with SAP.    Mandatory skill sets:     SAP QM To work on roll outs and project implementation of Bunge PP/QM solution .    To develop PP processes in the new organization.    To extend PP specific interfaces running in SAP Landscape to other entities    Work on MES interface with SAP.      Preferred skill sets:     To conduct workshops with business PP/QM specific processes to identify FITGAPs   To design E2E solution for business process identified in the organization.    To implement PP/MM integration, MES interface .     Creation of PDDs, FDS/TDS for GAPs identified .    Able to create training documents for end users and conduct trainings for them.   Identification of organization change management activities.   Create and keep up-to-date a Process Design Document (PDD)    Create a technical document for all technical settings and keep it up- to date and complete.   Evaluate the Reporting / KPI needs from business and define new requirements.       Years of experience required :     4 – 7 Years   Education qualification:     Any Graduate/ BE/ B.Tech /MBA /MCA   Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills SAP Project System (PS) Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Analytical Thinking, Business Transformation, Communication, Creativity, Design Automation, Embracing Change, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Inclusion, Intellectual
