This role will help build and lead delivery teams in Pakistan while supporting regional client engagements and pursuits.   The successful candidate will bring strong consulting delivery discipline, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and the confidence to engage senior client stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who has led HR transformation programs and can drive quality, structure, delivery governance, and commercial discipline.   Your key responsibilities

Lead HR transformation engagements or workstreams across strategy, operating model, process design, HR technology, service delivery, and change enablement. Manage project plans, deliverables, RAID logs, governance forums, stakeholder updates, and delivery quality. Coordinate cross-functional teams across People Consulting, Technology Consulting, offshore delivery, alliance partners, and client teams. Support program mobilization, delivery methodology, workstream planning, resourcing, estimation, and scope management. Lead current-state assessments, future-state design, implementation roadmap development, and benefit realization planning. Oversee deliverables such as operating models, process maps, transformation roadmaps, business cases, technology requirements, service delivery models, and change plans. Support proposal development, commercials, staffing models, and pursuit responses for regional HRT opportunities. Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building in Pakistan.

Skills and attributes for success

Experience managing HR transformation, HR technology, operating model, shared services, or digital HR programs. Strong project and program management skills, including planning, governance, issue/risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery assurance. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft 365/Copilot, Power Platform, HR analytics, or related enterprise platforms. Strong consulting toolkit, including structured problem solving, executive communication, workshop leadership, and deliverable quality control. Experience leading distributed teams and working across multiple geographies. Ability to support business development, proposal writing, solutioning, and client presentations. PMP, Agile, SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft, or HR transformation certifications are a plus.
