Named Account Executive – Healthcare & Life Sciences (Pharma) Role focus: Owns a territory made up of both (1) new logo accounts in the pharmaceutical industry where Salesforce has no current presence, and (2) existing base accounts with strong potential to expand consumption of products like Data Cloud and Agentforce. Key responsibilities: • New logo / hunting: Responsible for relationship-opening and pipeline generation in new logo pharmaceutical accounts — greenfield territory with no existing Salesforce footprint. A strong hunter profile is essential. • Consumption growth in base accounts: Responsible for driving increased consumption of consumable products such as Data Cloud and Agentforce within existing customers. • Industry solution expertise: Responsible for developing deep knowledge of industry solutions such as Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud, and positioning them effectively within customer strategies. • Build and execute a comprehensive account strategy aligned to each customer's business goals to drive growth. • Act as a strategic partner to C-suite/executive decision-makers, building deep relationships with key stakeholders. • Navigate the full sales cycle, coordinating internal resources (Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Executives, Partners) to close deals. • Expand Salesforce's footprint within existing accounts through cross-sell/upsell. • Build a point of view on HLS/pharma industry trends and craft a digital transformation narrative for customers. Requirements: • Proven hunter track record — experience opening new logo accounts and generating pipeline from scratch in greenfield territory, selling complex enterprise software/technology to C-level clients. • Demonstrated specialty in base account growth, with a track record of driving consumption expansion (land-and-expand) on products like Data Cloud, Agentforce, or similar consumable offerings. • Consistent track record of selling complex enterprise software or technology to C-level clients. • Strong
