Job Description Responsible for ensuring excellence in execution at the sales point to drive sell-out, visibility and availability of products. Acting as a technical reference in the field, supporting the implementation of planograms, trade marketing actions, performance audits, training of promoters and relations with store managers. Works in an integrated manner with areas such as Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply, generating market insights, monitoring competition and reporting results based on data throughout the LATAM region. What You’ll Do • PDV Execution: Ensure implementation of planograms, correct pricing, additional display (extra points) and PDV materials in accordance with brand guidelines. • Availability & Replenishment: Monitor OSA (On-Shelf Availability), breaks and stock of goods; Adjust internal/client times for correspondence and sell-out opportunities. • Store Negotiation: Negotiate space, extra points, seasoned activation calendar and visibility benefits with store managers and customer sales team. • Audits & Compliance: Carry out execution audits (checklists/photos), validate consistency, conformity of prices and promotions; record evidence in reports. • Executions & Training: Implement trade campaigns (execution, briefing, materials) and train store/promoter times on mix, sales pitches and repositioning. • Data Intelligence: Consolidate and analyze indicators (coverage, shelf share, planogram execution, breakdown, sales by store) in Excel/BI, generating insights and action plans. • Territory & Route Management: Plan efficient routes (coverage, store frequency, season priorities), guaranteeing visits within the SLA and optimizing costs/time. • Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Support/mentor field colleagues, coordinate third parties (agencies), and act as “field voice” for Sales/Trade/Supply with practical recommendations. Qualifications Who We’re Looking For • Bachelor's Degree Business School • Consumer Products 5 years experience in Consumer Products area in Mattel. • Season 6 years experience in Retail during seasonality • Retail 6 years experience in Retail • English • Spanish • Planning • Data analysis • Office skills • Orientation to results • Sense of urgency • Cross-functional collaboration and relationships with internal/external stakeholders. • Adaptability to different store realities, regions and demand peaks. • Ethics, compliance and safety.
