Als Receptionist (m/w/d) bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für alle Besucher und Mitarbeitenden. Du sorgst dafür, dass sich jeder willkommen fühlt und der Empfangsbereich reibungslos funktioniert. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem gesamten Workplace Services Team zusammen und berichtest an den Hospitality Lead. Was du bei uns machst Du empfängst und betreust interne und externe Gäste professionell und herzlich Du registrierst Besucher im System und verwaltest Besucherausweise Du buchst Taxis und erfüllst weitere Servicewünsche Du hältst Empfangsbereich, Meeting-Räume und Pantries jederzeit ordentlich und einladend Du stellst Getränke, Snacks und Büromaterial bereit und hilfst beim Catering-Service Du unterstützt bei Meeting-Buchungen und Catering-Bestellungen über unser Ticketing-System Du kümmerst dich um Post, Pakete und Lieferungen Du bearbeitest E-Mails im Team-Postfach Du verwaltest Zugangskarten für Team, Besucher und Dienstleister Du kommunizierst mit dem Office-Team über verschiedene Kanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, Slack) Was du mitbringst Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise aus der Hotellerie Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen Organisationstalent und Multitasking-Fähigkeit JLL mitgestalten Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung unter Angabe deines frühestmöglichen Starttermins sowie deiner Gehaltsvorstellung.
