Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager for Unit 42 in Latin America, you will help drive the growth of Palo Alto Networks’ cybersecurity consulting business across the region. You will build relationships with customers, regional sales teams, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and position Unit 42’s incident response, digital forensics, cyber risk, cloud security, threat intelligence, and proactive consulting services. You will operate as a trusted business partner to Unit 42 leadership and the broader Palo Alto Networks sales organization. The role requires strong knowledge of the LATAM market, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to translate complex cybersecurity challenges into clear business outcomes.
Your Impact
Develop and execute the Unit 42 business development strategy for LATAM. Build qualified pipeline across reactive and proactive consulting services. Partner with account teams to identify customer needs and develop strategic opportunities. Lead opportunity qualification, account planning, and pursuit strategy. Build relationships with CISOs, security leaders, legal teams, risk leaders, and executive stakeholders.
Position
Unit 42 capabilities through executive briefings, workshops, events, and customer meetings. Partner with Consulting Directors and technical leaders to develop tailored solutions and proposals. Support cross-functional sales motions involving Unit 42 services and the Palo Alto Networks product portfolio. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data. Track regional market trends, customer priorities, competitive activity, and emerging cybersecurity needs. Help strengthen Unit 42’s brand, visibility, and client relationships across Latin America. Collaborate across countries, languages, and business units in a fast-moving regional environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications Experience in business development, consulting sales, cybersecurity services, or enterprise technology. Demonstrated success building pipeline and supporting complex enterprise pursuits. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, incident response, digital forensics, cyber risk, cloud security, or related services. Experience working with enterprise customers and senior executive stakeholders. Knowledge of the Latin American business environment and regional market dynamics. Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work across sales, consulting, technical, legal, and operational teams. Experience developing go-to-market strategies and regional account plans. Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese strongly preferred. Ability to travel throughout Latin America as
