Joining us means becoming part of a dynamic and evolving environment where teamwork, innovation, and a global perspective drive our continued success and leadership in the industry.     Your day-to-day will include:   Programming   environment :   Linux /Windows   D esigning, training, evaluating, and iterating on deep learning models, and translating experimental results into robust, production-ready model pipelines   Model processing and analysis, research and development of   software   tools   and algorithms   in   various   fields   including:   Crashworthiness and Safety (Automotive, Aerospace)   Human Body Modelling (Injury Biomechanics for Automotive and Aerospace)   Electronic components and Electronic Device drop shock testing (Electronics)   Algorithmic problem solving and data processing   Programming languages: Python & C/C++   Communication and collaboration with other members of the development, customer support, and quality assurance teams, as well as with international research teams     Q ualifications you need to have:   University degree from a School of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering   Good knowledge of Statics and Dynamics of Structures and/or Computational Mechanics   Strong foundation   in machine learning and deep learning, including graph neural networks (GNNs), with hands-on experience using modern deep learning framework s   for model training, evaluation, and generalization on real-world datasets Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills   Proficiency   in the English language     Q ualifications   that   will be considered :   Diploma thesis or   Master's   thesis in Computational Mechanics   Knowledge of the Finite Element Method   Knowledge and experience with CAD/CAE software   Knowledge of Numerical Analysis methods   Knowledge of modern Machine Learning methods   Experience in programming with Python or another programming language     What   we   offer:   Permanent employment contract following a six-month evaluation period   Competitive   salary   package   State-of-the-art   and continuously updated equipment (hardware and software)   Ongoing training in the latest technologies related to the field   Opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement   Comprehensive   private   health   insurance   Employee   Assistance   Program Complimentary breakfast and lunch at the company dining hall   Company-provided transportation to and from the premises   Fully equipped on-site gym   Participation in the company’s Private Pension Fund (T.E.A.)   Ample parking facilities with electric car charging   Comfortable and modern working environment     Apply now for a place   in   our team!   We’re doing work that matters.
