The successful applicant will lead and manage this specialized hiring for this client across India working closely with senior business stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and the India Talent Acquisition team.  Playing an important part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will drive TA delivery for this client partnership in India, embedding consistent processes and practices whilst ensuring continued success against key performance indicators and delivery against challenging growth targets. What this job involves: Do you have a passion for talent? This role is critical to the success of our India client partnership, and we need someone who has real passion for identifying the best talent for various roles. You'll know how to employ traditional and creative innovative direct sourcing strategies to enhance our recruiting efforts and processes. Leading from the front  This is a very diverse yet hands-on role that comes with great responsibility. You will lead all hiring efforts for this strategic client account and serve as the primary JLL representative in client-facing interactions, ensuring seamless delivery of talent solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Collaboration  You'll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition community and our teams to ensure successful delivery of talent through multi-channel sourcing models. In addition, you will communicate regularly with client stakeholders and business line leaders to clearly understand requirements and expectations of diverse positions.
