Housekeeping Supervisor

Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible to maintain guestrooms, working areas and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner, coordinates daily housekeeping operations and maintaining the housekeeping operating standards. Responsible for supervising housekeeping attendants to deliver excellent guest satisfaction and experience. May also be required to assist the Director of Housekeeping and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in various activities. Responsibilities include training and supervising room/suite/public area and Housekeeping Attendants to ensure all room/suites and public areas are cleaned.

Promote productivity and comply with hotel standards. Provide organization, instruction and guidance to members of the Housekeeping Team. Acts as the head of the Housekeeping Department in the absence of the Director of Housekeeping, Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Senior Housekeeping Supervisors.
