As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your day to day activities will include assessing the current state identifying customer requirements and defining the future state and business solutions. You will research gather and synthesize information to support decision making. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.

Drive the evaluation and improvement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency and align with strategic goals Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with business needs Support the development and documentation of detailed business requirements and process flows to guide project execution Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the business domain Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives and deliverables Basic Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience Minimum of 5 years of experience with network platforms, applications and engineering Preferred Qualifications Client facing experience working in the Banking industry Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design Requirements Analysis Experience with Business Model Strategy Experience with Application Oriented Networking Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
